We are very excited to bring Telemann’s Matthäus-Passion of 1746 to you – our foray into the wonderfully diverse world of the Baroque Passion. The Passion story inspired Telemann to lift his pen many times throughout his life; we hope that you will discover the text anew in the raw simplicity of this setting.
It is a great pleasure to present this rousing Passion in two new places – this year we will be performing in the Pfarrkirche Landeck and also in Zall am Ziller, where we look forward to singing with CHORrekt, directed by Hannah Prantl!
